No. PPP 101 is not a liquid sealant or a tyre-shop quick fix. It is a controlled hot-melt polymer system, applied at 180–200°C and bonded directly to the inner casing of the tyre. The result is a stable, permanent protective layer — not a liquid sloshing inside your tyre.
The tyre is removed from the rim, professionally cleaned, and the polymer is injected through a controlled high-temperature application process that bonds the material permanently to the inner tyre crown. The application is performed only at approved PPP fitment centres by trained technicians.
A single tyre takes approximately 40 minutes to treat on our Machine 2.0 system. A full set of four tyres is typically completed within one and a half hour, including removal, treatment, and refitting.
No. PPP 101 is applied as a uniformly distributed inner lining and is professionally balanced as part of the standard refitment process. In many cases, customers report an improvement in ride quality because the polymer fills small internal imperfections in the tyre casing.
No. PPP 101 is approved by SABS / NRCS and is chemically inert toward the structural elements of the tyre. No. PPP 101 does not interfere with either direct TPMS sensors (mounted on the valve or wheel) or indirect TPMS systems (calculated from ABS wheel speeds). The dashboard low-pressure warning continues to function exactly as the manufacturer intended.

Yes. PPP 101 is suitable for passenger vehicles, bakkies, SUVs, 4x4s, light commercial vehicles, fleet vehicles, trucks and (in development) off-the-road mining tyres.
PPP 101 seals tread-area punctures from nails, screws, glass, wire, thorns and similar penetrations up to approximately 10 mm. It also significantly reduces slow leaks and the secondary damage caused when a tyre runs at low pressure following a road-hazard incident.
